EUROPEAN INTERNSHIP CONSORTIA has been established by 8 partner institutions including Istanbul Kültür University as the coordinator institution (Istanbul Şehir University, Üsküdar University, Kadir Has University, Sabancı University, Istanbul Chamber of Industry, Turkish Informatics Foundation, Turkish Cultural Foundation–AFS) within the scope of “Mobility Project for Higher Education Students and Staff” under the “Erasmus+ Learning Mobility of Individuals” (Key Action 1) within the ERASMUS+ Programme which is funded by the European Commission and Turkish Republic, and will continue between the years of 2014-2020.
European Internship Consortia will support internship mobility of university students and mobility of academic/administrative university staff within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme. Ultimate objective of European Internship Consortia is to develop a cooperation culture between industry, universities, non-governmental organizations and professional representatives which will in turn contribute to the objectives of increasing employment of skilled workforce and modernization of higher education within the scope of the common objectives of Vision 2023 and Europe 2020
Communicating with similar Consortias in Europe and providing transfer of experiences and good practice examples between Consortias within the scope of cooperation, and thus strengthening the university-industry cooperations at international level, Establishing a practical and functional frame for the cooperations established between higher education institutions and industry within the scope of internship mobility, and providing transfer of the experiences gained within this cooperations framework to universities through updating curricula and/or developing new curricula.
2019-2020 Avrupa Staj Konsorsiyumu kapsamında Erasmus Staj Hareketliliği için başvurular açılmıştır.
Erasmus Staj Hareketliliği için minimum süre 2 ay olup, öğrencilerin ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrenimleri süresince 12’şer ay Erasmus Öğrenci Hareketliliklerinden faydalanma hakları bulunmaktadır. Staj Hareketliliğinin tamamlanması için gereken son tarih ise 31 Mayıs 2021'dir. Başvurularınızı Üniversitenizin Erasmus web sitesi üzerinden kayıt olarak gerçekleştirebilirsiniz.

- Başvuruların uygunluğu, Ulusal Ajans tarafından belirlenen minimum genel not ortalaması kriteri üzerinden kontrol edilir.
- Minimum başvuru kriterlerine sahip olan öğrencilerin 1. Aşamayı başarı ile tamamlayabilmeleri için kayıtlı oldukları Yükseköğretim Kurumunun Yabancı Dil ve Erasmus Notu kriterlerini yerine getirmeleri gerekmektedir.
- Bununla birlikte başvuruların değerlendirilmesinde aşağıdaki hususlar da dikkate alınır:
· Aynı eğitim seviyesinde daha önce Erasmus Programına katılım: Her bir önceki katılım için -10 puan
· Dezavantajlı öğrenciler (Sağlık durumu ile ilgili doktor raporunu, başvuru formu ile birlikte sunması halinde): +10 puan
· Şehit ve gazi çocuklarına: +15 puan
· Vatandaşı olunan ülkede hareketliliğe gidilmesi halinde: -10 puan
· 2828 Sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu Kapsamında haklarında korunma, bakım veya barınma kararı alınmış öğrencilere: +10 puan

- Mezun durumunda olan öğrencilerimiz de mezun olmadan önce başvuru yaptıklarında hareketlilikten faydalanabilirler. Ancak kazanılan staj hakkının mezuniyeti takiben 12 ay içerisinde tamamlanmış olması gerekmektedir.
The minimum period for Erasmus Internship Mobility is 2 months and students have the right to benefit from Erasmus Student Mobility for 12 months during their two-year degree, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral studies.The deadline to complete the mobility is 31 May 2021. You can register your applications through the Erasmus website of your University.

Stage 1: Submission of Application Documents:
The application will be carried out in two stages and the deadline for submission of the application forms is 29/11/2019. Application forms should be communicated to the Consortium Institution Representatives or the Erasmus Office of the relevant University. Detailed information about the application forms is available under the title of Application Documents.
Stage 2: Submission of the Certificate of Acceptance: 28th of February 2020
The suitable of applications is checked by the minimum average grade criterion determined by the National Agency.
• Associate Degree: 2.20 / 4.00
• Graduate: 2,50 / 4,00
Students who succeed minimum application requirements must fulfill the requirements of Foreign Language and Erasmus Grade of Higher Education Institution which they are registered in order to successfully complete Stage 1.
the conditions to be taken into consideration:
• Participation in the Erasmus + program before the same level of education: For every previous attendance -10 points
• disadvantaged students (the doctor's report about health status, if the offer together with the application form): +10 points
• Martyrs’ and Veterans’ relatives: +15 points
• In case of mobility in the country of origin: -10 points
• Under the 2828 coded law of Social Work, studetns whose needed protection, care or sheltering: +10 points

Students who have previously attended Erasmus Education and / or Internship Mobility will have 10 points deduction from Erasmus Grade.

2018-2019 proje dönemi kapsamında Avrupa Staj Konsorsiyumu Personel Ders Verme ve Eğitim Alma hareketliliği için başvuru dönemi açılmıştır.
Avrupa Staj Konsorsiyumu Personel Ders Verme ve Eğitim Alma hareketliliği başvuruları, karşı kurumdan alınacak kabul yazısı (e-mail yeterlidir), başvuru formu ve öğretim planı/eğitim planı ile bağlı bulundukları Üniversitelerde ki Konsorsiyum projesini yürüten ilgili birime yapılacaktır.
Personel hareketliliği gerçekleştirecek olan akademik ve idari personeller, öğrencilerimiz için staj yeri kazandırması durumunda Konsorsiyum Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile öncelik tanınacaktır.
